As you can see, Noah has had a lot of "firsts" recently! He has become quite the busy boy...crawling, pulling up, and cruising on furniture. He had his 9 month check up this week and weighed in at 22 lbs! We are enjoying every minute with our little boy and really cannot believe how fast he is growing. He loves to be outside and I got a really great deal on a jogging stroller at a yard sale last week and he loves to stroll around and visit with everyone! He has two teeth on the bottom and is constantly working on more! We look forward to a fun-filled summer with our sweet baby!

Well, we have FINALLY had a couple of days of warm weather and are really enjoying it! We also know that with warm temps comes a lot of bugs...which we are trying to keep from getting our precious boy. Noah is scooting backwards and tries VERY hard to go forward, but can't quite figure it out. He also stood up in his crib for the first time this week, so the mattress has now been lowered. Last weekend was spent in Charleston with Papa and Grannie DeeDee for the Cooper River Bridge Run/Walk. Alan did very well, but I mostly had to walk due to lack of time to train. Noah's first tooth broke through today and he has been a little fussy, but we are hoping it gets better soon. Time is really passing by quickly and I am going to try to update our blog more frequently as our little boy is growing by the day!

We all know the saying "time flies," but now I can really understand the meaning of that. Noah was 6 months on February 5th! His stats were 18 lbs, 13 oz and 27 inches long and he did really well with his shots! We went to Charleston that night, with the help of WeWa to see Yonder Mountain String Band and had a blast! Noah is sleeping through the night (finally!) and can really get around well in his walker. We have spent a lot of time inside recently because of the bad weather & are hoping for some warmer temps soon! Noah's babysitter, aka DD, has been sick, so we have needed the help of many family members to keep him so I don't have to take time away from work and we TRULY appreciate everyone. Noah hopes that his DD feels better soon and he has sure missed her. One last note, we have entered the world of teething......

We really enjoyed our first Christmas with Noah! Although he didn't really know what was going on most of the time, he loved his new toys and watching all the family! We were able to spend time in Augusta and Williston. Noah was able to see all 7 of his grandparents and lots of other family members. Our little boy will be 5 months next week and is trying to sit up by himself! We just cannot believe how fast he is growing and he is really excited that he will have a new cousin to play with come August (jamie and lesley) YAH!!
